Mitsubishi Electric will continue to play a leading role on international markets as we respond as quickly as possible to constant changes outside the company and at the same time satisfy our customers’ exceptionally high quality expectations.

We are confronting this challenge with the aid of a quality management system conforming to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. This system is being used to establish an effective structure and processes throughout the company, identify sources of nonconformity, analyse their causes and eliminate nonconformity with suitable correction and prevention measures.
