The heat from Zubadan air-to-air heat pumps is distributed in the building by an air handling unit. They are ideal for retrofitting in existing buildings if they are not to be used for heating hot water but, for instance, for heating additional rooms, e.g. a new conservatory or the recently converted attic. The drawback of these systems is that they cannot be used to generate hot water. On the other hand, they quickly heat the room with the aid of the air handling unit. Another big advantage is that you can keep rooms pleasantly cool in summer by conveniently switching from heating to cooling.
