Beware of costly overscaling
Don’t confuse chalk with cheese. To meet all heating needs, conventional inverter heat pumps need an immersion heater that provides all of the heat when the outdoor temperature drops to -15°C. The Zubadan heat pump, on the other hand, provides all the necessary heat without an immersion heater even at -15°C. Other heat pumps are often overscaled to nevertheless meet all of the heating needs, which is expensive in terms of investment and operating costs.
