This is where the new Mitsubishi Electric mobile phone software proves very useful, as it simplifies error analysis and thus also reduces the cost of the specialist’s visit.

Key the error code onto your mobile phone’s display. The new user-friendly software is capable of evaluating not only numerical codes, but also flash codes and acoustic signals. Within seconds, the associated error is indicated in abbreviated form on your mobile phone display. Via the phone menu you can then additionally indicate the full version, the possible cause of the malfunction and possible countermeasures.
This service even works when your mobile is out of transmitter range, as local use is possible. The software already covers the error codes of almost all relevant models in German and English and is being constantly extended. Installation on Java-based mobile phones is simple, the only technical prerequisites for the phone being the JSR172 feature and CLDC 1.1 and MIDP 2.0. And for all customers who travel with their laptops, the Mitsubishi Electric error code database can also be accessed online.
