The main purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data is for the processing of customer and supplier agreements. The secondary purposes are personnel management, serving prospective customers, marketing, sales and public relations.

in so far as these data are required for the purposes quoted in 4.

- Public and private bodies in so far as prior legal provisions exist (e.g. social insurance institutions, tax authorities, insurance companies .)
- External contractors in accordance with Art. 11 of the German Data Protection Act (data processing service providers, agencies, credit agencies, banks .)
- Other bodies required for fulfilment of the purposes listed in 4.
- Internal departments for the fulfilment of the purposes listed in 4 (personnel department, accounting, sales, marketing .)
7. Standard periods for data storage
The statutory storage obligations and periods are complied with. At the end of these periods, the data concerned are erased. In other cases, data are erased when the purposes listed in 4 no longer apply.
8. Planned data transmission to third countries
There are no current plans to transmit data to third countries.
